1. Operator

2. Browser-only tools

The Skin Planner and Clinic Message Explainer operate in your browser. Information entered into these tools is not submitted to or stored by Longevity Seoul unless you deliberately send it through WhatsApp, email or another channel. The tools do not provide diagnosis or treatment recommendations.

3. Information you choose to send

If you contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, country, language, travel dates, skin concerns, previous procedures, health information, allergies, medication details and optional photographs. Send only information you are comfortable sharing.

4. How we use information

We use information to respond, organise your questions, prepare a consultation summary and coordinate communication when requested. We do not diagnose, prescribe, select treatment or decide which clinic is medically suitable. We do not sell personal information or use health information or photographs for behavioural advertising.

5. WhatsApp and international transfer

WhatsApp is a third-party service. When you choose to send information through WhatsApp, it is processed under WhatsApp's terms and may be received and processed by DYPHI Inc. in Korea. The website shows an acknowledgement before opening WhatsApp. Do not use WhatsApp or this website for emergencies.

6. Disclosure to a clinic

DYPHI Inc. will obtain recipient-specific consent before providing your information to an identified independent clinic or medical professional. Only information necessary for the requested consultation should be shared.

7. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, provided by Google, to understand general website use such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location, language and referral source. We do not intentionally send skin concerns, medical information, allergies, medications, photographs, form text, planner responses, generated summaries, email addresses, telephone numbers or WhatsApp numbers to Google Analytics.

8. Current security and storage

The website is delivered over HTTPS. Browser-only tools do not submit or store entered information on a Longevity Seoul server. Longevity Seoul does not currently accept photograph or medical-document uploads through this website. No online communication service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Retention

General enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last communication. Consultation-preparation cases may be retained for up to 3 years after closure, and cases involving appointment coordination or follow-up support for up to 5 years after completion, unless law requires otherwise. Photographs should be deleted when no longer needed for the requested consultation.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent by contacting snm@dyphi.com.

11. Service limitation

Longevity Seoul is not a clinic. Medical consultation, diagnosis and procedures are provided only by independent licensed clinics and medical professionals.
