About Longevity Seoul
A clearer way to prepare for a Seoul skin consultation.
Longevity Seoul is a registered international patient facilitator in Korea, operated by DYPHI. We help international visitors find licensed Seoul clinics, coordinate consultations and bookings, understand treatment proposals, and prepare for non-surgical skin and aesthetic treatments.
We help you understand treatment categories, organise your concerns, prepare questions, introduce an appropriate licensed clinic, and coordinate the consultation and related communication.
We do not diagnose skin conditions, prescribe treatment, perform procedures, or decide in advance which treatment a clinic should provide — those decisions are made by licensed clinicians.
Longevity Seoul is operated by DYPHI Inc., a Korea-based digital health and healthcare coordination company.
Registered international patient facilitator in Korea. Medical consultations and treatments are provided by licensed clinics.
Our background
DYPHI was founded by internal medicine specialists from Seoul National University and engineers with doctoral training from KAIST.
The company has worked with clinicians, researchers, hospitals, universities, and community health programmes across five continents. Its work has included evidence-based healthcare technology, healthy ageing, frailty, sarcopenia, physical function, rehabilitation, and community health.
For an international visitor, better preparation may mean understanding:
- the difference between a treatment category and a specific product;
- the device, product, dose, vial, syringe, shot, or treated area included;
- whether the concern is primarily pigmentation, texture, acne scarring, hydration, firmness, or volume;
- whether a treatment is suitable for the patient's skin tone and history;
- what downtime may occur;
- how the procedure fits the travel schedule;
- who performs the treatment;
- which aftercare instructions apply; and
- whom to contact after returning home.
Why Longevity Seoul was created
Seoul offers a large number of dermatology and aesthetic clinics, devices, injectables, lasers, and promotional packages. Choice can be useful, but it can also create confusion.
A visitor may see several treatment names for similar goals, the same name used for different products, or low promotional prices that do not clearly state the dose, area, clinician, or number of sessions.
An international inquiry may begin as:
- skin photographs without context;
- saved social-media posts;
- several treatment names;
- a short travel window;
- questions about price;
- previous procedures;
- concerns about pigmentation or scarring;
- allergies or medical history; and
- messages from several clinics using different terminology.
Longevity Seoul helps turn this scattered information into a clearer consultation request.
What we do
Four ways we help before you contact a clinic.
Each step is educational or organisational — none of it diagnoses your skin or decides your treatment.
Before you compare prices
What a useful quotation should make clear
- The exact treatment or device
- The product and manufacturer
- The cc, vial, syringe, tip, line, or shot count
- The treatment area
- The treating professional
- Inclusions and exclusions
- Expected downtime
- An aftercare contact
Informational only. Clinics use different pricing models, and clarifying a message is not the same as recommending the treatment.
Our principles
How we think about preparation.
Education before booking
Visitors should be able to understand the basic treatment category and prepare questions before paying a deposit.
Exact units before price comparison
A low price is difficult to interpret without knowing what is included. Comparisons should consider the product, dose, treated area, number of passes or shots, clinician, consultation, and aftercare.
Skin context matters
The same concern may have different causes, and the same device may require different settings. Skin tone, melasma history, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation risk, medication, previous treatment, and recovery time may affect professional decision-making.
Non-surgical focus
Longevity Seoul focuses on non-surgical dermatology and aesthetic care. It does not provide guidance for procedures such as rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, facial-bone surgery, breast surgery, liposuction, or procedures requiring general anaesthesia or surgical admission.
No guaranteed transformation
Photographs, testimonials, and social-media trends cannot predict an individual result. Outcomes depend on the diagnosis or concern, device, product, dose, technique, clinician, skin response, and aftercare.
Independent clinical decisions
Longevity Seoul may help prepare questions and coordinate communication, but it does not decide treatment. A licensed clinic must assess the patient and make any clinical recommendation.
Recovery is part of the plan
Downtime should be considered before booking flights, events, photography, sun exposure, exercise, or additional procedures. Patients should know which symptoms are expected and which require prompt medical review.
How we consider clinics
We do not believe that the clinic with the largest social-media presence or lowest advertised price is automatically the most suitable. Relevant considerations may include:
- licensed medical oversight;
- experience with the patient's concern and skin type;
- clarity about the treating clinician;
- exact identification of products and devices;
- dose and treatment-area transparency;
- appropriate consultation before treatment;
- infection-control and emergency procedures;
- realistic risk communication;
- written aftercare guidance;
- communication after the procedure;
- English-language support; and
- a plan for questions after the patient returns home.
The DYPHI network
Part of the DYPHI health-information network.
DYPHI operates and supports specialised health-information services that share the principles of evidence, transparency, professional consultation, and continuity of care.
Our continuing commitment
DYPHI began by developing evidence-based healthcare technology with clinicians and researchers. Longevity Seoul applies the same approach to skin-treatment planning:
- clarify the concern before discussing a package;
- distinguish treatment categories from specific products;
- identify exact units and treatment areas;
- make risks and downtime visible;
- avoid guaranteed results;
- protect personal information;
- support professional consultation; and
- include aftercare in the plan.
A good planning service should not make every visitor feel that more treatment is better. It should help the visitor understand what is being proposed, what remains unclear, and what questions should be answered before a booking is made.
